Welcome to jdbph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jdbph ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your use of the website at jdbph.best and all associated services, games, and features.
By registering an account, accessing any game, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jdbph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use jdbph.
Important: These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access jdbph — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any app. Using jdbph in any capacity constitutes acceptance.
jdbph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes through the platform or via registered email. Continued use of jdbph after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and use jdbph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jdbph strictly prohibits access by minors.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing jdbph does not violate any law applicable in your location.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been previously excluded or self-excluded from jdbph are not eligible to create a new account.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jdbph or its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate as players.
jdbph may request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not a reflection of suspicion — it's how we keep the platform safe and compliant for everyone.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on jdbph at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held within them.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. jdbph may suspend your account if information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential
- All activity that occurs under your jdbph account, whether authorised by you or not
- Immediately notifying jdbph if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
jdbph will never ask you for your password. If you receive a communication requesting your credentials, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
jdbph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
Deposits:
- Minimum deposit: ₱50
- Deposits are credited to your jdbph balance after payment confirmation from the provider — typically within minutes for GCash and Maya
- jdbph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder
Withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where possible
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed
- Standard processing times: GCash and Maya — same business day; bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet — up to one (1) business day; card withdrawals — two (2) to five (5) business days depending on your bank
- jdbph reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g. proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership) before releasing a withdrawal
Note on Bonus Funds: Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount only — your cash balance is unaffected.
jdbph offers various promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards — is governed by specific terms published on the jdbph Promotions page alongside the offer.
General bonus rules that apply across all jdbph promotions unless otherwise specified:
- Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only — they may not be transferred between accounts
- One bonus per promotion per household unless the specific promotion states otherwise
- jdbph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with any committed portions of active bonuses honoured under original terms
- Bonuses obtained through misuse, abuse of multiple accounts, or any fraudulent activity will be voided, and the account may be closed
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods vary per promotion — always check the specific offer page before opting in
All games and betting markets available on jdbph are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market page. These rules supplement but do not replace these Terms. In case of conflict, these Terms take precedence unless the specific game rules state otherwise.
For sports betting at jdbph, including PBA markets, bets are accepted at odds displayed at the time of placement. jdbph reserves the right to limit bet amounts or refuse bets at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
- All bets are final once confirmed. jdbph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets after confirmation except where a clear technical error is documented
- In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the last confirmed game state recorded by jdbph's servers will be considered the authoritative record
- In cases of manifest error in odds or game outcomes, jdbph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes
- jdbph does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand applicable game rules
To protect the fairness and integrity of jdbph for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one jdbph account
- Using the platform to launder money or for any other financial crime
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an advantage
- Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on jdbph
- Colluding with other players in games where individual play is expected
- Attempting to reverse transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) while retaining winnings from the disputed deposit — jdbph will pursue recovery of such amounts
- Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents, or misrepresenting your age
- Sharing account access with another person, including for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion
jdbph employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect suspicious behaviour. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted until the review is complete.
All content on the jdbph platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jdbph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jdbph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any jdbph content without prior written consent.
jdbph collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using jdbph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies is shared solely to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdbph's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
jdbph is not liable for:
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues beyond our control
- Losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature
- Any action or omission of third-party payment providers
Gaming Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk. jdbph does not guarantee winnings. All games on jdbph involve chance, and historical results do not predict future outcomes.
jdbph may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated, where suspicious activity is detected, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is closed due to a violation by the player, jdbph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including winnings derived from the violating activity.
Players who wish to close their own jdbph account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining cash balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation.
jdbph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming habits among all our players. We provide tools designed to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible directly from your account settings.

jdbph will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Players who have self-excluded will not receive marketing communications for the duration of their exclusion period.
jdbph may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the jdbph platform and, where required, notify registered players by email. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of jdbph after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using jdbph and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of jdbph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through jdbph's support and disputes process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
